I'm gonna try to experiment with captions here because I think accessibility is important. It's also 5:30 in the morning and I'm too excited to sleep because I'm getting discharged kind of by surprise between cycle 1 and cycle 2. Which is not regular. And I'm not used to being overachieving in health. I'm more of an academic dude in that regard. But I just wanted to record this because it seemed important, and reassure you that I'm working on a sort of more structured approach. But right now, this is what I've got. And I know TikTok is kind of an improvisational medium, so let's see what happens.
